OK. What Happened Here?

Issue 1

If your result displays as "NaN", "nan", "nAn" a non-numeric value, or a blank, it is almost certain that you have not selected "Statement 1" or "Statement 2" for one or more of the 29 questions.

Your survey page should be open still. Go back and double-check that you have responded to each item. When complete, click on "Add Scores" once more.

Issue 2

If you believe your overall score is too high or too low, review your responses and change as you see fit. Remember, select the statement that would be most generally true for you. (Perhaps a response has accidentally changed by scrolling with the mouse.) When complete, click on "Add Scores" once more.
