Tell me the name of one person who does not wants to win in life. Have you ever come across a situation where you really want to lose (except the nonsense about love; however in that also the loser loses to win of course).
Success has its own charm. Everyone wants success in life. Now this is not limited to professional, personal, relational or social. Nor the success rules only the individuals, teams, divisions, organizations or countries. Our scientists in NASA are in continuous research to get to know about the other living forms in the space so that they can trace them and then compete with them. Thus this desire to compete and there after win is the inherent part in all living beings irrespective of any biological conditions. The meaning of success could be different for different people. It could be money someone and power to someone else and relations to the third party. But one thing is common that no one wants to loose. Even a lazy person who does not move his body for the whole day has desires and to attain these desires, he has to compete and thereby win. And if still you contradict my point and know a person who does not have a will or who does not want to succeed in life, then again I am not wrong my dear friend because that person would be nothing more than a living body but a dead soul.
Now the question arises that is there any mantra to success. Everyone has his/her own but is there any mantra which is foolproof and easy to implement. And are there any strict "no no’s" which one can refer before making any decision so that he/she does not fail at least?
With a lot of night oil burning, research work and plain observation, I have designed "15 F's" which if being implemented will definitely lead to success. Now again the success could be of individual or organization and personal or professional. I have also designed "half a dozen F's" which are strict no-no's to avoid failure. These rules are universal and can be implemented in any culture or organization.
Here is the "rule of 15 F's":

"An idea is worthless unless you use it."
So don't let me regret that I wrote this article just for the sake of study. Go ahead and make a dent in the universe.

Here is the "rule of 15 F's":

- Fundas: One must have his basic fundas clear. What he/she wants to achieve, where he/she wants to reach and how to reach there. If you are a finance analyst and you don’t know the recent amendments, go and clear your basic fundas.
- Forget the tradition: No abusive words or no intention to hurt anybody’s sentiments. But one must think out of the box to achieve success. Leave the past, target the future and make the present. It’s the first step for success.
- Finger: Raise your finger whenever in doubt. Don't step ahead till the time you are sure. There is no harm in asking.
- Fortune: It is basically the last thing one need for success but rated high when executives were asked to pour there true feelings.
- Farsightedness: No vision, no goal, no aim, no path, no success. Easy and simple to understand and imbibe.Aim for the sky.
- Free mind: Leave all the worries aside. Target in one direction and go ahead. Also be open to new ideas. After all "na jane kis vesh me narayan mil jayen".
- Free flow: Perseverance is the key to success. Don't get distracted in the middle of the path.
- Facts & figures: The basic. Analyze the climate, have all the facts, do a "swot" and then plan.
- Fast (Abstinence): A popular saying, "to get something, one has to leave something". Don’t worry; it's nothing but your time and open mind that you need to spare.
- Fusion: Mix up the ideas, cultures and every information you have. Do a brainstorming, it will produce new ideas.
- Fast (speed): After all you don’t want to be the last, do you? Don’t wait for your competitors to come up with the same idea. Work on it now.
- Feelings: It's not only the mind that works. Pour in your heart to get the results. True will is necessary and it comes directly from heart.
- Fancies: Who says do not fantasize? It gives you new energy and fresh & creative ideas for sure. If you cannot dream, you cannot fulfill them.
- Fanatical: Sounds a little absurd but true. You have to work with due diligence.
- Friends: Last but most important. Have friends. They are the ones who give you support when you are down and lend a shoulder when you really want to cry...celebrate too. The biggest motivating factors.
- Frustration: It could be possible that you face small failures in the start but do not get distracted or frustrated and leave the task in middle. A task half done is more damaging than a failure.
- Feng Shui: All nonsense. No feng shui, astrology, astronomy, palmistry or any other thing can make you succeed but your own will.
- Fall: it is being said that the worth of water could be best described by a person from dessert. Never be afraid to fall. It gives you the strength to work with double zeal.
- Far off goals: Set the attainable targets. Don’t set the goal too high that seems to be unachievable.
- Fizz out: Don't be like the fizz which comes out with great pressure and then settles off even faster. I hope you understand this.
- Freezing: This one is from Levin's change model. The goals once attained, try to build on them. Don't let this achievement be a fluke.
